A new year often also brings new enthusiasm and new ambition. These traits typically manifest themselves as New Year resolutions. We who make up the Twitter chat #CPChatNow used our last chat in 2015 to focus on resolutions. You will not need cerebral palsy to relate to this recap!

My co-host Blake Henry and I took turns asking questions. In the week leading up to the focus chat our community members helped shape said questions. Blake started the fun.
