I am “the Cerebral Palsy Vigilante” Zachary Fenell, an author, public speaker, and all around CP advocate. Through my various activities I seek to fight the injustices caused by cerebral palsy misconceptions by educating and dispelling said misconceptions in a fun, engaging way.
